Very happy with this service by Refunds… Very happy with this service by Refunds Manager, they have saved us thousands of dollars Amazon literally has been stealing from us. If you don't ask for these refunds, Amazon will never give them back to you, so Refunds Manager are the right guys to use for this task.

Refunds Manager made it easier and… Refunds Manager made it easier and simpler for our company to get refunds from Amazon for lost merchandise, excessive fees, lost inventory and much more. We got refunded for transactions that we didn't even know we could get refunded. After a few weeks working with Refunds Manager we were able to recover a few thousands from Amazon. Great Even for Medium Sized Sellers I was not sure if Refund Manager would be worth the money because I am a small - medium sized seller. I was wrong! Nate and his team recovered several hundred dollars of lost/damaged/missing/returned inventory within a few weeks. Each case was quickly answered and all were reimbursed. I could have attempted to research and request reimbursement on my own, but I would not have recovered all of it. It would have taken me hours, even days. Time I would rather use growing my business. Refund Manager is thorough and recovers ALL money Amazon owes. I now enjoy the peace of mind knowing Refund Manager is handling all future lost/damaged/missing inventory.

Definitely Recommended We've been very happy with Refunds Manager. They got us back 8 grand to date which is money we wouldn't have otherwise. We are aware of these issues that happen on Amazon and most big businesses that we're never reimbursed for but we didn't have the resources to go into it until we learned about Refunds Manager.
