I have used SaneBox for many years and… I have used SaneBox for many years and don't know how I'd get by without it. SaneBox has enabled me to schedule unanswered emails to pop back into my inbox whenever I chose; sometimes I chose 2 hours, other times 2 weeks. This feature has eliminated the stress I used to feel about how to keep of my email communications. I hope that someday Google buys this product and incorporates into the gmail features.

Don't Do This! (It involves an email password) I recently had a reason to discover how important to me SaneBox is. I had to change my email password, and forgot to change it in SaneBox. For a couple of days, I was getting in my inbox all the email that SaneBox usually blackholes. It was nightmarish. It was bordering on a feeling that it was hard to cope, having to deal with such a tsunami of emails. So, don't forget to change your PW in SaneBox when you change it for your email. Once I went to my account and updated the email password, life is comfy again and much more stress-free.

I've been using SaneBox for many years… I've been using SaneBox for many years now. It's great for keeping my emails in order; helps me see what's important to read right away and what can wait. By categorizing my emails and using SaneBox to train what goes where, I can also cut down on my email addiction by priortizing what I want to keep and what I should realistically unsubscribe from. While Gmail folders are great, adding SaneBox automates the sorting process much more easily.

One day my card expired... and I could tell... May be I could make my own filters... Maybe I could set this all up on my own... BUT WHY!!?? I've been a customer for many, many years now and I'll say this, seeing only the important emails is not only a time saver but also a stress reducer. The inbox overwhelm is a real thing. Not long ago I had a payment laps due to an expired card and BOY could I tell a difference. I woke up to HUNDREDS of emails. I thought, 'WTH?!'. Quickly checked my account, updated my card, and the inbox promptly dropped to 12 *important* emails. This is the real deal for anyone with inbox anxiety or someone who just wants to be more productive.

SaneBox has saved me so much time SaneBox has saved me so much time. I can not imagine going back to using email without it. There are similar offerings out there, but they either sell my data or send additional advertisements. SaneBox costs a little money but it is so worth it. I love being able to train it by simply moving an email to the appropriate folder. Their customer support has also been quick and helpful when I needed to configure something more advanced.
