One month user! I've only been on Flocknote for one month so I'm just learning, but I've already found it very useful for our church. I've been blown away by the responsiveness of the Happiness Engineers ;). They've been so helpful and pleasant. Still learning, but those of us in leadership are already using the system alot. Two texts out to the entire congregation today alone!!

Flocknote has literally been a God… Flocknote has literally been a God send! It's the quickest way for us to contact our parishioners. Last year they came up with an efficient and easy sign up system for social distance masses, which made the back office/rectory work so much easier for the staff and so much safer for our parishioners!! Don't know how we ever lived without it!

Good tool, not quite great We've used this for our local Troops of St. George organization and it's been a great tool. There are a few enhancements I believe would take it from good to great. The ability to create multi-channel notifications at the same time vs. creating them separately would be a nice feature. Also, the ability to click 'edit' on a group to add multiple members to various groups is lacking too. The pricing tiers seem rather aggressive for what it offers. In my opinion it would seem to be prudent to have them in 50-member increments for each pricing tier or use the Squarespace model of charging a flat rate so it doesn't feel cost prohibitive to add more members.

great communication tool I find Flocknote is well-organized, user-friendly, and it really does what it says it will. I had a small "learning curve" adding contacts, but once my information was correctly entered, I had no trouble communicating. I work with children, so knowing my text messages are read by their parents in a timely manner is a necessity. Flocknote makes this easy! I do wish adding pictures to a text did not require an added fee. Flocknote is a reliable resource for me, and I use it regularly.

Flocknote Great Tool I've been using Flocknote for the last year or so sending out e-mails and text messages on a weekly basis promoting our ReDiscover Jesus Men's Group. It's easy to create e-mail messages with graphics and links to Zoom Meeting and our weekly topics. Text messaging also is easy to use. Nice to create groups from our Parish data base which keeps emails and phone numbers in sync which is far better than using personal e-mailing. And has history of e-mails and texting so you can copy and edit for a new message easily. Flocknote is GREAT!
