Unavailability Tried to order a Minecraft server in Singapore, but upon payment they cancelled my order and refunded the payment due to an unavailability in the region. I can totally understand this, but I feel that they should tell the customers that it is unavailable before they make the purchase. (this post has been edited)

Server hosting done right. Don't bother looking anywhere else because extraVM rocks. After renting a server, I had a couple questions and things I needed done while I was still at work, Mike himself answered my questions and set up what I needed in a matter of minutes, I don't think I've ever gotten better service from a hosting company. Thank you Mike, you are a star in this industry. Great hardware, even better service.

One of the best quick hosting services… One of the best quick hosting services I have used. Server hardware is very good for the price, and setup was extremely fast upon payment. Any questions I had through support were replied to by Mike literally within minutes. Connection to host is always extremely fast and reliable. This is definitely a smaller scale provider, and not as well known, but the value for the product given is very good and I have been very satisfied.

Top notch VPS provider; reliable and affordable. ExtraVM has been a great service over the last year that I've had them. I own a few of their services and have had others in the past. Not only are the offerings affordable, but they're also reliable. I've used various VPS and dedicated server providers over the years and it's apparent that ExtraVM doesn't oversell their resources, and you're getting what you paid for. On top of that, support, the few times I've needed it -- has been exceptional. I've received a reply to my inquiry and had any issues resolved almost immediately. I'd highly recommend ExtraVM's services to anyone looking for a host.

ExtraVM knows what they doing. Use them! They guy behind company knows what he is doing. He not running for money by offering a lot of unmanagged crap, he just focused on only few things which he is doing great, and increase size of his company horizontally instead of going deep into offering different types of services. His services has good performance, and everything well managed.
