PSPO 1 training with Nils Oud Had a PSPO training with Nils, it went great. Nils is a great teacher, even if we went off-slides for big part of the training to discuss real-life scenarios, we still made it through assessment and got the answers to the questions that were bothering us within our organizations. Very interactive agile coaching training! I attendet Incrementors C-ATC I training, taught by Nils Oud. The training was very interactive even though it took place remotely. We had fun and learned a lot about how to coach organizations to get more agile.

Transformative Instruction and Content For those who are interested in further developing their agile coaching voice, Joe's classes are money well spent. In the past I have taken 2 different classes with Joe as the instructor and walked away energized and with coaching tools I could use immediately. The Agile Kata is actively being experimented with in my org and is much needed fresh air, and ENT-CAT provided me ways to look at coaching from a previously unknown angle. This is directly related to Joe and the course content he used, and his authenticity.
