A great practical mix between theory and the experience of the attendees At the end of last year I took the PSPO I course with Nils Oud. The course was very useful since it was a practical mix between theory and the experience of the attendees. Without a doubt, it is a course for which you must have a foundation of concepts or a little practice, since it does not delve much into theory. Nils makes the hours go by quickly between dynamics and exercises, that's very nice. In the end one is left wanting more since two days is not enough to cover all the material. But the tips and advice to pass the certification exam are invaluable.

Very interactive agile coaching training! I attendet Incrementors C-ATC I training, taught by Nils Oud. The training was very interactive even though it took place remotely. We had fun and learned a lot about how to coach organizations to get more agile.

Nils is extremely knowledgeable about Scrum and how to be an agile leader! PSPO-A training by Nils was amazing The PSPO-A training was very well organised and hosted. There was a perfect balance between the theory and interesting practical tasks where people could interact and actively participate. Nils is excellent host and can create awesome space for adapting the scope to the needs, interests of participants to make sure they get the most out of it. I can and will recommend it to every PO who will be interested in taking that class.
