PAL-E training by Nils Oud The PAL-E training by Nils Oud ticked all the boxes. The group size (8) was large enough to have some discussion and differing opinions, but small enough to be able to discuss with the entire class. The contents were shared in a structured and constructive manner, while being supportive for areas that needed more or less attention. Nils was open for input and managed to include the individual learning goals during the class.

Great PSPO course with Nils! I did the PSPO course with Nils and I can highly recommend him as a trainer! Nils is really nice and gave the class in a way that was both understandable and fun. We discussed real-life scenarios and worked on some interesting exercises, and Nils allowed ample time for questions and further discussion. We were also provided with enough resources for further reading in order to complete the exam. Overall, I really enjoyed the course, I learned a lot, and I feel more confident in my role as Product Owner now.

SPS training with Nils Oud Thank you very much Nils, I quickly understood the concepts of the Nexus thanks to your help and workshop. Personally, I like that the focus is on "the doing part", so you can go through the different stages and exercises yourself. This helps to bring up an understanding to the team when they are in the process of building and working with Nexus. See you soon :)

Very interactive agile coaching training! I attendet Incrementors C-ATC I training, taught by Nils Oud. The training was very interactive even though it took place remotely. We had fun and learned a lot about how to coach organizations to get more agile.

Our trainer Our trainer, Nils Oud, did a great job introducing Scrum to us in the two-days course! We had a chance to have a valuable hands-on training in smaller teams, as well as a good deal of theory on scrum methodology, including real life examples. Definitely to be recommended.
