The instructor is good if you're new to… The instructor is very nice and good if you're new to agile or haven't used it before. If you've been practicing agile methodologies for years, then the 2 day training is overkill. Seems like time filler. Spent an hour breaking down moving scrum tickets from one status to the next. He really loves talking about scrum and can beat it to death. Would be better if practice sessions were more applicable to work than imaginary scenarios. Joe himself is great though. Content needs improvement.

Our trainer Our trainer, Nils Oud, did a great job introducing Scrum to us in the two-days course! We had a chance to have a valuable hands-on training in smaller teams, as well as a good deal of theory on scrum methodology, including real life examples. Definitely to be recommended.

Incrementor will always be my go-to for Agile training I've been through a Scrum Training bootcamp and now a C-ATC training with Incrementor, both experiences have been very positive. Jochen is a great instructor - he knows how to make trainings interactive and engaging. The fact that we didn't reference a single slide deck was pretty amazing and refreshing. I have and will continue to recommend Incrementor for Agile trainings.

PSPO 1 training with Nils Oud Had a PSPO training with Nils, it went great. Nils is a great teacher, even if we went off-slides for big part of the training to discuss real-life scenarios, we still made it through assessment and got the answers to the questions that were bothering us within our organizations. Would totally recommend working with Incrementor to my colleagues and friends.

A great practical mix between theory and the experience of the attendees At the end of last year I took the PSPO I course with Nils Oud. The course was very useful since it was a practical mix between theory and the experience of the attendees. Without a doubt, it is a course for which you must have a foundation of concepts or a little practice, since it does not delve much into theory. Nils makes the hours go by quickly between dynamics and exercises, that's very nice. In the end one is left wanting more since two days is not enough to cover all the material. But the tips and advice to pass the certification exam are invaluable.
