First time patron The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. The one issue I would point to is the delay in shipment. I order my product on the 24th of this month and as of the 28th it has yet to be fulfilled. Therefore, I can not make reference to the condition of the product until it is delivered.

I think the only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because I am still in the middle of the process and need to wait until I get my PC before determining if it is 5 stars.

Everyone has been super knowledgeable… Everyone has been super knowledgeable and helpful. The configuration tool was the easiest to use. The options for custom builds are really thorough.

Xotic PC = A+ Computer was packaged very well and arrived intact. Customer service was great when I had a general concern over some specs. All in all a great experience.
