My problem was sorted in no time...Thanks for the help Tom I have had WebHostingPad for years... They have always been so helping when I have had a problem with my websites.. I was not able to create new pages this morning without getting an error message.... I sent in a ticket and Tom helped me get it sorted.... In no time at all I was back up and running again....

I had a bandwidth spike causing website… I had a bandwidth spike problem causing website and FTP suspensions and called for help in very late night. The support staff responded immediately and helped me set up Cloudflare.com account to monitor future website downloads traffic. Webhostingpad is great Webhostingpad is great. They response within minutes. I get an auto response first and then usually within 10 minutes or less I get a person response and they fix my problems ASAP. I highly recommend them for great customer service.
