USThe support at Web Hosting Pad is…excellent! The support at Web Hosting Pad is stellar. I use Cloudflare with my site and every once in a while I guess something changes so my website doesn't work anymore. So the guys ask for permission to access my account at Cloudflare so they can make the necessary changes to get my website working again. It's one less thing for me to learn how Cloudflare works so I put my trust in Web Hosting Pad to take care of it for me. So my website is back up and running again. Thanks guys!

USMy problem was sorted in no time...Thanks for the help Tom I have had WebHostingPad for years... They have always been so helping when I have had a problem with my websites.. I was not able to create new pages this morning without getting an error message.... I sent in a ticket and Tom helped me get it sorted.... In no time at all I was back up and running again....

CAQuick and professional support at a competitive price. Highly recommended! I've been with WebHostingPad for over 15 years! I initially signed up because of their unbeatable signup offer. Very long ago, support was good, but a little slow; I figured "you get what you pay for" and, since my hosting was for personal use, it wasn't a big deal. However, over the past 5-10 years (perhaps more), they've upped their game. Besides adding online chat, response times for support (billing and tech support) has been very quick, helpful and professional. And pricing, though not in the same ballpark as the signup deals (which is standard practice in the industry, so I can't hold it against WHP), remains very competitive. I've had to downgrade my plan/server, this year, due to my changing needs. Once again, the level of support and professionalism has been exemplary, and the data migration was completed quickly and without a hiccup. I can comfortably recommend WebHostingPad to anyone. They're a real pleasure to deal with.
