WebHostingPad excels at providing top-notch products and excellent customer service WebHostingPad, I can't say enough great things about this company! I've been a customer for almost 14 years now and no matter what questions I have asked, their support team is always readily available and promptly reply back with a solution. Tech Support is second to none! It's one of the many reasons i continue to renew my services with them. I've recommended WebHostingPad to many clients over the years and they too have had great experiences with WebHostingPad.

My problem was sorted in no time...Thanks for the help Tom I have had WebHostingPad for years... They have always been so helping when I have had a problem with my websites.. I was not able to create new pages this morning without getting an error message.... I sent in a ticket and Tom helped me get it sorted.... In no time at all I was back up and running again....

Please beware of the company policy… Please beware of the company policy now, when you are sign up customer they will serve you good. When i renewed the server after 3 years they now are saying i have node issue, The servers got hacked many times but i didnt complain as i am aware that it is a shared server and this is going to happen. But to upsell now they are fooling us and asking to buy more space and nodes

Support above and beyond! I was very impressed by the support provided by Tom G. at Webhostingpad.com. I had a strange email configuration issue that he was able to resolve for me. Not only did he solve the issue, but took time to explain why I had the configuration difficulty I had. This type of support was above and beyond what was expected. Often, when you subscribe to a budget service, one is disappointed in service and support. This is NOT the case with Webhostingpad.com.

Great reliability and support I have been with these people for nearly ten years now and the service is always first class. Tonight I emailed their technical support with a problem and it was solved within a few minutes.
