Very long ago, support was good, but a little slow; I figured "you get what you pay for" and, since my hosting was for personal use, it wasn't a big deal. However, over the past 5-10 years (perhaps more), they've upped their game. Besides adding online chat, response times for support (billing and tech support) has been very quick, helpful and professional. And pricing, though not in the same ballpark as the signup deals (which is standard practice in the industry, so I can't hold it against WHP), remains very competitive. I've had to downgrade my plan/server, this year, due to my changing needs. Once again, the level of support and professionalism has been exemplary, and the data migration was completed quickly and without a hiccup. I can comfortably recommend WebHostingPad to anyone. They're a real pleasure to deal with.

I had a bandwidth spike causing website… I had a bandwidth spike problem causing website and FTP suspensions and called for help in very late night. The support staff responded immediately and helped me set up Cloudflare.com account to monitor future website downloads traffic. The support at Web Hosting Pad is…excellent! The support at Web Hosting Pad is stellar. I use Cloudflare with my site and every once in a while I guess something changes so my website doesn't work anymore. So the guys ask for permission to access my account at Cloudflare so they can make the necessary changes to get my website working again. It's one less thing for me to learn how Cloudflare works so I put my trust in Web Hosting Pad to take care of it for me. So my website is back up and running again. Thanks guys!
