Support above and beyond! I was very impressed by the support provided by Tom G. at Webhostingpad.com. I had a strange email configuration issue that he was able to resolve for me. Not only did he solve the issue, but took time to explain why I had the configuration difficulty I had. This type of support was above and beyond what was expected. Often, when you subscribe to a budget service, one is disappointed in service and support. This is NOT the case with Webhostingpad.com.

I had a bandwidth spike causing website… I had a bandwidth spike problem causing website and FTP suspensions and called for help in very late night. The support staff responded immediately and helped me set up Cloudflare.com account to monitor future website downloads traffic. Stellar service for more than 10 years I've been using WebHostingPad.com for something like 10 years now. What really stands out is their customer service. Whenever I run into problems, I send them a chat request, and I am speaking to someone within 5 minutes, usually less and 95% of the time, they're able to solve my problem by the end of our chat. Definitely recommended!
