Whenever I had an issue they resolved it that day. Average wait time is about an hour tops unless on busy weekends which is understandable. I have recommended this company to many people and have gotten two to subscribe to them. Outstanding service, quality, and customer support with an owner who cares about each client. Easy 5 star.

11/10 The cheapest, the best and the most reliable hosting service you will find on the internet for Minecraft servers. The panel is slow, sometimes very slow (can take up to 2 minutes to load a page), everything but that is a lot better than acceptable. If you have problems, just join their discord channel and they will help you with pretty much any problems that occur.

Terrible service Terrible service Since ordering the service I have not been able to use it at all! It should work even if 1 little change to the mods is made but no it wouldn't even work after that. If you want to go for cheap and spend every moment trying to get the server running rather than playing the game with your community then go ahead otherwise STAY WELL AWAY!!

It was a good host It was a good host, but the Multicraft panel is outdated and not user friendly for new people seeking a host. Pterodactyl as an example allows the end user to directly install plugins with one button in the panel itself.
