5 stars from a long time supporter I have been with Aquatis for over a year now and can't thank them enough for the wonderful service and prices that I have received. Whenever I had an issue they resolved it that day. Average wait time is about an hour tops unless on busy weekends which is understandable. I have recommended this company to many people and have gotten two to subscribe to them. Outstanding service, quality, and customer support with an owner who cares about each client. Easy 5 star.

Excellent service and fast! Honestly, I couldn't get access to Multicraft and it was really starting to frustrate me. I had even considered paying extra and swapping to Apex servers simply because of the trouble! However Trenton B in support was a literal problem solver. They came in and within seven replies had my issue resolved, not only did I get to finally manage my server, but Trenton B kept a client at Aquatis. I highly recommend these servers: Budget friendly, very little lag (Outside of once at 0300 hours and it lasted roughly an hour), quick and responsive staff (I sent in my trouble email and had a response in 6 minutes and fluid replies within the span of 5 minutes.)

Super friendly and smooth experience overall, don't hesitate to try these guys out, you won't be disappointed. Realiable, Quality, and Cost Effective! Aquatis has been an amazing server host. I've experience little to no downtime and I've been with them for over a year. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Anytime I submit a ticket for help with something, they respond back within 12 hours but usually its even faster than that! Keep up the good work Aquatis!

I have used aquatis for a long time now… I have used aquatis for a long time now and they are generally a reliable host. However the only lacking point for me is their discountinuation of a deal which effectively removed their one dollar per gb scheme on minecraft servers. Other than that extremely great support and reliable!
