GBAmit replied in ONE minute! Amit is wonderful. I have used Aquatis for maybe a month or so, so far but today I finally decided to leave a review cause Amit litteraly responded to my ticket in ONE minute! Insane customer service, also their servers are really cheap and work really well. I don't recall a single time tps has dropped beneath 19.5, generally though it's at a solid 20. I am really happy with their service.

GBAquatis Review Absolutly amazing host, the support is the best I've seen, just a few little things that get in the way - Downtime, seems to be a lot better than it was but still has the ocational huccup - The servers section on the aquatis manager doesn't work, at least for me on FireFox - Deleting a large file through Multicraft FTP causes a connection timed out error everytime and I have to contact support for it to be fixed - The Multicraft panel can be really slow at times, as in 20 seconds to load the page Other than that, really good server host and would recomend!

GBFantastic experience with these guys Fantastic experience with these guys - their hardware is no joke, I've tried DDOSing my own server and it didn't go through, and their staff team is absolutely phenomenal. Super friendly and smooth experience overall, don't hesitate to try these guys out, you won't be disappointed. There's a reason why a lot of their packages are completely sold out. <-- also indicates that THEY DON'T OVERSELL - which a lot of companies tend to do nowadays for some reason. GBExcellent service and fast! Honestly, I couldn't get access to Multicraft and it was really starting to frustrate me. I had even considered paying extra and swapping to Apex servers simply because of the trouble! However Trenton B in support was a literal problem solver. They came in and within seven replies had my issue resolved, not only did I get to finally manage my server, but Trenton B kept a client at Aquatis. I highly recommend these servers: Budget friendly, very little lag (Outside of once at 0300 hours and it lasted roughly an hour), quick and responsive staff (I sent in my trouble email and had a response in 6 minutes and fluid replies within the span of 5 minutes.)
