Amit replied in ONE minute! Amit is wonderful. I have used Aquatis for maybe a month or so, so far but today I finally decided to leave a review cause Amit litteraly responded to my ticket in ONE minute! Insane customer service, also their servers are really cheap and work really well. I don't recall a single time tps has dropped beneath 19.5, generally though it's at a solid 20. I am really happy with their service.

Realiable, Quality, and Cost Effective! Aquatis has been an amazing server host. I've experience little to no downtime and I've been with them for over a year. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Anytime I submit a ticket for help with something, they respond back within 12 hours but usually its even faster than that! Keep up the good work Aquatis!

Terrible service Terrible service Since ordering the service I have not been able to use it at all! It should work even if 1 little change to the mods is made but no it wouldn't even work after that. If you want to go for cheap and spend every moment trying to get the server running rather than playing the game with your community then go ahead otherwise STAY WELL AWAY!!

I have used aquatis for a long time now… I have used aquatis for a long time now and they are generally a reliable host. However the only lacking point for me is their discountinuation of a deal which effectively removed their one dollar per gb scheme on minecraft servers. Other than that extremely great support and reliable!

Best hosting by price Best hosting by price, customer support and delivery time. I was surprised to see that cheap price beacause it was nearly 40% cheaper then other services. But when I bought I thought its gonna take like 1-2h to delivery but no it was instant. I installed everything and got problem on my server at the host end and they were answering the ticket nexy day at 5:00 am thats like fast and too early for me atleast :D 6/5
