GBExcellent service and fast! Honestly, I couldn't get access to Multicraft and it was really starting to frustrate me. I had even considered paying extra and swapping to Apex servers simply because of the trouble! However Trenton B in support was a literal problem solver. They came in and within seven replies had my issue resolved, not only did I get to finally manage my server, but Trenton B kept a client at Aquatis. I highly recommend these servers: Budget friendly, very little lag (Outside of once at 0300 hours and it lasted roughly an hour), quick and responsive staff (I sent in my trouble email and had a response in 6 minutes and fluid replies within the span of 5 minutes.)

GBbest bang for buck for vps. best bang for buck for vps. support is great, performance has been great as well. I get better speeds from aquatis than my $100/month vps at vultr to be honest.

GBYou guys were a great service You guys were a great service, customer service could be slow but it's understandable because you seem under staffed. It was nothing against you guys I just personally don't use it anymore and I'm just trying to save money. You guys were always extremely helpful, especially Amit, he was the most friendly and the most knowledgeable (at least for problems I was having.) I may come back but for now I'm working a lot so.

GBFantastic experience with these guys Fantastic experience with these guys - their hardware is no joke, I've tried DDOSing my own server and it didn't go through, and their staff team is absolutely phenomenal. Super friendly and smooth experience overall, don't hesitate to try these guys out, you won't be disappointed. There's a reason why a lot of their packages are completely sold out. <-- also indicates that THEY DON'T OVERSELL - which a lot of companies tend to do nowadays for some reason. GBOkay hosting company.. Well I bought an iron plan for five dollars and it took over an HOUR no exaggeration there... To receive how I was supposed to log in.. Busy or not that is still an outrageous amount of time. And when I did I went to go upload the server files and it wouldn't give me my full data which was 5GB and I knew it wasn't on my end so they finally transferred me to a different Daemon and it worked but the Multicraft page is SUPER laggy and would like for that to be fixed it is super annoying when I try to restart or shut down my server. However the customer service takes a bit to respond atleast they are nice to their customers the CEO is also nice. Overall on okay hoster.
