Inventory Planner Review Using Inventory Planner does take some getting used to, but once you get past the learning curve, it is a great tool! Our company uses this daily to create purchase orders and build products. Gives you a great overall look at your inventory and is very helpful with forecasting. Our company builds a lot of products where different components are ordered from multiple vendors. The assembly feature of inventory planner makes this process seamless and saves us so much time.

Disappointing treatment It is with a heavy heart that I am giving Inventory Planner a 1-star review. We have been using Inventory Planner for over 4 years now and in that time we enjoyed all of the great features it had to offer. There is a lot of data to play with, and we finally set it up just the way we wanted. Unfortunately, when our team inquired about negotiating a yearly contract (as opposed to the monthly payments we had set up through Shopify), we were shocked to be hit with a proposal over twice the price of our current subscription. As a loyal customer, this was the last thing we expected. Once we realised we had been caught in a trap, it was too late. We discovered other reviews from customers that had experienced the same thing. If only we had seen these sooner. If you are a new customer, and you are agree to the new pricing model, there shouldn't be any issues. But if you are a current customer and looking to review your pricing, please take note of what happened to us and avoid it at all costs!

10 months later, still not able to use the tool. I left a one star review back in May about the onboarding experience being terrible. That triggered an initial response where they threw some more resource at it, giving us some hope. But 6 months later we are still not using the tool and everyone has lost interest in getting us working. They have outsourced the integration to an incompetent third party so have no control or knowledge of what is going on. They should never have promised us they could make it work.

Highly Recommend We have used IP for just over 12 months. It has been a time saving and effeceint tool within our business. It has allowed us to focus on analysing data rather than spending time on building reports. It is a highly flexible tool and easily integrates with our existing systems. Would highly recommend this platform.

Great Software Great Software with a lot of features that I did not expect to be available. E.g. forecasting, purchase order creation, assembly ordering. As we do not have an ERP system running, Inventory Planner does an awesome job in terms of replacing it. 5 stars all day long!
