Inventory support - first class I have been working with Inventory Planner by Sage for some time implementing the software for numerous clients, all of which have very different requirements. I have found Inventory Support team second to none, no matter what the question the answer is always clear and concise and is with you very quickly to try out. Very helpful, very quick = a delight to work with

10 months later, still not able to use the tool. I left a one star review back in May about the onboarding experience being terrible. That triggered an initial response where they threw some more resource at it, giving us some hope. But 6 months later we are still not using the tool and everyone has lost interest in getting us working. They have outsourced the integration to an incompetent third party so have no control or knowledge of what is going on. They should never have promised us they could make it work.

Highly Recommended We highly recommend this app. Inventory Planner has been amazing for us. We don't know how we would manage our forecasting without it! Their support team is also very helpful whenever we are experiencing any issues.

Great Software Great Software with a lot of features that I did not expect to be available. E.g. forecasting, purchase order creation, assembly ordering. As we do not have an ERP system running, Inventory Planner does an awesome job in terms of replacing it. 5 stars all day long!

We subscribed to inventory planner and… We subscribed to inventory planner and installed it alongside Brightpearl ERP. The implementation has been super smooth and the training provided by James Moore has been excellent and informative. Inventory Planner will help us grow, reducing stockholding costs, and reducing our overstocked products, would recommend to anyone and we will be using inventory planner for many years to come.
