GBA tough assignment accomplished in the necessary time! We hired SellerCandy to fix one thing and one thing only because we did not think we could get it done in a timely way. Amazon had suspended two or our main SKUs and basically put us out of business for an incorrect reason. We had tried to fight this for a long time and weren't getting anywhere. We gave SellerCandy a month to get it done, and they did! The agent they assigned to our case was a wonderful communicator and she emailed us at least every other day whether there was news or not. We always knew that she was working hard on the case, and she did finally manage to get both SKUs released. We are very grateful and know that our money was well spent. Thank you, SellerCandy!

GBI'm starting to think all the other reviews are fake. I heard good things about this company and I was excited because I really need the help ----- but I signed up for the $800/month plan (plus on top of that I paid another few hundred for extra simultaneous tasks) and over the course of a MONTH, they've only successfully resolved maybe 2-3 cases for me. I could spend one Sunday afternoon on the phone with Amazon and get 2-3 cases resolved in a few hours. I thought I was paying for people to talk to Amazon every day for me and make progress. I thought they were experts at dealing with Amazon. They don't really seem any more knowledgeable or any more persistent than I am. It seems that 95% of what Seller Candy does is just log in once a day and reopen closed cases that Amazon hasn't fixed yet. For over $1000/month... I can do that myself.

GBBEWARE - Qik Fixes Amazon Account Management - BEWARE Tried their "QikFixes" Amazon Account Management after watching a webinar with Quincy Lin. I canceled before 30 days passed as the service was not for me; however, they not only charged me for the next month but for ANOTHER month a month later! They only returned $499.00 and kept the other two (2) payments of $499.00. I followed their instructions to cancel my disputes with my bank, but they kept the money. It's unclear if they will ever return my $998.00. Please beware if you use their services.
