I canceled before 30 days passed as the service was not for me; however, they not only charged me for the next month but for ANOTHER month a month later! They only returned $499.00 and kept the other two (2) payments of $499.00. I followed their instructions to cancel my disputes with my bank, but they kept the money. It's unclear if they will ever return my $998.00. Please beware if you use their services.
