GBBig improvements to our Seller Central Account Working with Seller Candy, in particular Arvin, Stephen & Jay, has been great. They have helped us get our Seller Central account optimized for much better success. We had a big issue with multiple ASINs for the same product SKU that had been created by different resellers. They help submit all of these violations to Amazon Support and get them delisted created an improved consumer shopping experience.

GBA Seller's Dream Can't recommend highly enough. Create the case once in Seller Candy, and let them deal with the endless back and forth with Seller Support. Also, as they are helping so many sellers, they see the same type of issue show up time and time again and so they know what works to get the issue resolved.

GBI'm starting to think all the other reviews are fake. I heard good things about this company and I was excited because I really need the help ----- but I signed up for the $800/month plan (plus on top of that I paid another few hundred for extra simultaneous tasks) and over the course of a MONTH, they've only successfully resolved maybe 2-3 cases for me. I could spend one Sunday afternoon on the phone with Amazon and get 2-3 cases resolved in a few hours. I thought I was paying for people to talk to Amazon every day for me and make progress. I thought they were experts at dealing with Amazon. They don't really seem any more knowledgeable or any more persistent than I am. It seems that 95% of what Seller Candy does is just log in once a day and reopen closed cases that Amazon hasn't fixed yet. For over $1000/month... I can do that myself.

GBExcellent Company Seller Candy is a great Amazon Seller assistant if you want to grow your amazon business. Their staff know what they are doing and they have a very nice and wonderful people. They can do all things with regards to solving issues with Amazon, requesting to delete negative feedback, and other admin things that you don't want to waste your time doing. My account was at risk with 50 policy violations and they have it down to 20 in less than a month. Seller Candy is highly recommended.
