Excellent Service + Results I've recently transitioned into being the Amazon Strategist for my employer. I'm relatively new to this and Seller Candy has been an incredible asset. BEWARE - Qik Fixes Amazon Account Management - BEWARE Tried their "QikFixes" Amazon Account Management after watching a webinar with Quincy Lin. I canceled before 30 days passed as the service was not for me; however, they not only charged me for the next month but for ANOTHER month a month later! They only returned $499.00 and kept the other two (2) payments of $499.00. I followed their instructions to cancel my disputes with my bank, but they kept the money. It's unclear if they will ever return my $998.00. Please beware if you use their services.

A Seller's Dream Can't recommend highly enough. Create the case once in Seller Candy, and let them deal with the endless back and forth with Seller Support. Also, as they are helping so many sellers, they see the same type of issue show up time and time again and so they know what works to get the issue resolved.

Brand Management Help I wanted to optimize Amazon listings for the Brands that we purchase as wholesale. I kept running into the issue of not being able to update the listing because the Brand owned it, but when speaking with the Brand, they don't own any listings. Seller Candy was able to communicate with the Brand to get approval to create and update listings for specific products. They submitted the approval and I was able to create and modify certain product listings.
