I'm starting to think all the other reviews are fake. I heard good things about this company and I was excited because I really need the help ----- but I signed up for the $800/month plan (plus on top of that I paid another few hundred for extra simultaneous tasks) and over the course of a MONTH, they've only successfully resolved maybe 2-3 cases for me. I could spend one Sunday afternoon on the phone with Amazon and get 2-3 cases resolved in a few hours. I thought I was paying for people to talk to Amazon every day for me and make progress. I thought they were experts at dealing with Amazon. They don't really seem any more knowledgeable or any more persistent than I am. It seems that 95% of what Seller Candy does is just log in once a day and reopen closed cases that Amazon hasn't fixed yet. For over $1000/month... I can do that myself.

They are able to get reimbursements, follow up on cases and get things handled through Amazon support quickly and efficiently. They are even able to handle some more complex tasks that I've had come up on my Amazon account. Much appreciated!

I strongly recommend Seller Candy I was looking for a solution to one particular problem: I couldn't update some deeply embedded product information. I had already tried the edit function and uploading inventory files. I was worried I would have to take this bestselling product offline temporarily and might encounter new problems while adding it to my assortment again. I reached out to John from Seller Candy and he said he was confident they could update the information without causing any unwanted side-effects. After I subscribed, John’s team went to work and solved the issue within days, without having to take my product offline and without causing a glitch. Then I enjoyed all the other benefits of Seller Candy. They proactively went after some large reimbursements and tackled a range of other issues, from changing the product category to enabling me to sell in Canada and Mexico. The team is competent and persistent: they keep opening cases and keep pushing Amazon until they get it done. I strongly recommend this service to anyone who wants to outsource their dealings with seller central.

Allowed me to achieve exponential growth on my account Using Seller Candy for over a year now and upgraded my plan because I need them so much. I manage hundreds of skus and multiple accounts, and I would be lost in Amazon's jungle trying to stay alive if it weren't for the Seller Candy team. They work hard to complete every task I give them, and they always have useful suggestions when I'm at a loss of what to do. I trust them completely and highly recommend them to any Amazon seller who's spending too much time putting out fires. Seller Candy has allowed me to spend more time ON my business than IN my business. For that I'm extremely grateful. Worth every dollar and then some.
