GBI'm starting to think all the other reviews are fake. I heard good things about this company and I was excited because I really need the help ----- but I signed up for the $800/month plan (plus on top of that I paid another few hundred for extra simultaneous tasks) and over the course of a MONTH, they've only successfully resolved maybe 2-3 cases for me. I could spend one Sunday afternoon on the phone with Amazon and get 2-3 cases resolved in a few hours. I thought I was paying for people to talk to Amazon every day for me and make progress. I thought they were experts at dealing with Amazon. They don't really seem any more knowledgeable or any more persistent than I am. It seems that 95% of what Seller Candy does is just log in once a day and reopen closed cases that Amazon hasn't fixed yet. For over $1000/month... I can do that myself.

AUCannot thank Seller Candy enough! Just when I thought I was going to blow up Amazon Seller Support after having spent hours on the phone with them with NO outcome…along comes Seller Candy. What a lifesaver they have been for my business and I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me. GBBrand Management Help I wanted to optimize Amazon listings for the Brands that we purchase as wholesale. I kept running into the issue of not being able to update the listing because the Brand owned it, but when speaking with the Brand, they don't own any listings. Seller Candy was able to communicate with the Brand to get approval to create and update listings for specific products. They submitted the approval and I was able to create and modify certain product listings.

I manage hundreds of skus and multiple accounts, and I would be lost in Amazon's jungle trying to stay alive if it weren't for the Seller Candy team. They work hard to complete every task I give them, and they always have useful suggestions when I'm at a loss of what to do. I trust them completely and highly recommend them to any Amazon seller who's spending too much time putting out fires. GBA Seller's Dream Can't recommend highly enough. Create the case once in Seller Candy, and let them deal with the endless back and forth with Seller Support. Also, as they are helping so many sellers, they see the same type of issue show up time and time again and so they know what works to get the issue resolved.
