I strongly recommend Seller Candy I was looking for a solution to one particular problem: I couldn't update some deeply embedded product information. I had already tried the edit function and uploading inventory files. I was worried I would have to take this bestselling product offline temporarily and might encounter new problems while adding it to my assortment again. I reached out to John from Seller Candy and he said he was confident they could update the information without causing any unwanted side-effects. After I subscribed, John’s team went to work and solved the issue within days, without having to take my product offline and without causing a glitch. Then I enjoyed all the other benefits of Seller Candy. They proactively went after some large reimbursements and tackled a range of other issues, from changing the product category to enabling me to sell in Canada and Mexico. The team is competent and persistent: they keep opening cases and keep pushing Amazon until they get it done. I strongly recommend this service to anyone who wants to outsource their dealings with seller central.

Big improvements to our Seller Central Account Working with Seller Candy, in particular Arvin, Stephen & Jay, has been great. They have helped us get our Seller Central account optimized for much better success. We had a big issue with multiple ASINs for the same product SKU that had been created by different resellers. They help submit all of these violations to Amazon Support and get them delisted created an improved consumer shopping experience.

Cannot thank Seller Candy enough! Just when I thought I was going to blow up Amazon Seller Support after having spent hours on the phone with them with NO outcome…along comes Seller Candy. What a lifesaver they have been for my business and I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me. Allowed me to achieve exponential growth on my account Using Seller Candy for over a year now and upgraded my plan because I need them so much. I manage hundreds of skus and multiple accounts, and I would be lost in Amazon's jungle trying to stay alive if it weren't for the Seller Candy team. They work hard to complete every task I give them, and they always have useful suggestions when I'm at a loss of what to do. I trust them completely and highly recommend them to any Amazon seller who's spending too much time putting out fires. Seller Candy has allowed me to spend more time ON my business than IN my business. For that I'm extremely grateful. Worth every dollar and then some.

BEWARE - Qik Fixes Amazon Account Management - BEWARE Tried their "QikFixes" Amazon Account Management after watching a webinar with Quincy Lin. I canceled before 30 days passed as the service was not for me; however, they not only charged me for the next month but for ANOTHER month a month later! They only returned $499.00 and kept the other two (2) payments of $499.00. I followed their instructions to cancel my disputes with my bank, but they kept the money. It's unclear if they will ever return my $998.00. Please beware if you use their services.
