Easy setup and great customer experience! I found Relay through a personal referral and I am so grateful I did. Starting a business came with a lot of decisions and Relay made it easy to get started for free and immediately. Their customer service is especially helpful- if the AI feature can't help right away they generate an email for you and someone from Relay responds quickly. I hope they are able to integrate Zelle in the future but, other than that, I feel grateful to be banking here!

Quick and impressive customer service I am a new Relay Financial customer and my experience couldn't be any better. This has been the worst nightmare come… This has been the worst nightmare come true. I transferred all of my money to this online bank and deposited a check from my company. They will not let me transfer any money out, I am unable to use my debit card and they are going to freeze my account by the end of the day, although it may as well be frozen already. DON’T USE THIS BANK FOR YOUR BUSINESS!

Relay - my new banking partner I recently set up a new account with Relay for my medical practice and the onboarding was super easy - only took a few minutes and I was approved the next day and ready to go. Love the ability to create multiple accounts. I even needed a transaction limit increase and was able to get that in a day after applying. So far, my experience has been very positive!
