Relay - my new banking partner I recently set up a new account with Relay for my medical practice and the onboarding was super easy - only took a few minutes and I was approved the next day and ready to go. Love the ability to create multiple accounts. I even needed a transaction limit increase and was able to get that in a day after applying. So far, my experience has been very positive!

This has been the worst nightmare come… This has been the worst nightmare come true. I transferred all of my money to this online bank and deposited a check from my company. They will not let me transfer any money out, I am unable to use my debit card and they are going to freeze my account by the end of the day, although it may as well be frozen already. DON’T USE THIS BANK FOR YOUR BUSINESS!

BEWARE!! BEWARE! Slick marketing and influencers will push you towards this easy to open bank account for your business. This bank will freeze your account for no reason and ask for a bunch of proof of funds just to hold onto your money longer to make a few percentage points. Money goes in quickly but going out is always delayed. I should have never gone with an unknown online bank for my business banking!

Relay is GREAT! I have been using Relay for my business checking accounts for a few years now. Recently added a couple savings accounts as well. Relay is very easy to use, adding new accounts/cards/etc is fast and simple, and customer service has consistently been there when I needed them. They continue to update and improve their services, and I will continue to use them for my business checking/saving account needs. Thank you Relay team!

Though she didn't have the answer when I called, she kept me posted EVERY step of the way until resolution was found. Her honesty and follow thru was above and beyond what I could've hoped for.
