GBIt’s helped get my finances more organized like I do for my clients! I’ve used Relay for my money coaching business for several month now and love how clearly I can see my money separated for expenses and income. It’s helped me get my own finances more organized. I’ve contacted customer service twice and received prompt and professional support.

GBSo far, so good! So far, so good. I use Relay as my primary bank for my small company. They are responsive and provide good follow-up. Thank you, Brendan, for your support with my inquiries. I would recommend this bank for small businesses like mine - primarily if you work with international clients.

GBRelay - my new banking partner I recently set up a new account with Relay for my medical practice and the onboarding was super easy - only took a few minutes and I was approved the next day and ready to go. Love the ability to create multiple accounts. I even needed a transaction limit increase and was able to get that in a day after applying. So far, my experience has been very positive!

GBBEWARE!! BEWARE! Slick marketing and influencers will push you towards this easy to open bank account for your business. This bank will freeze your account for no reason and ask for a bunch of proof of funds just to hold onto your money longer to make a few percentage points. Money goes in quickly but going out is always delayed. I should have never gone with an unknown online bank for my business banking!

GBDangerous and Out of Control Company I liked this Fintech mainly for the low fees and because it's easy to open and handle. UNTIL they decided to close ALL of my accounts even of affiliated companies and owned by different PEOPLE by the next day, tomorrow. Just because their "banking partner" the little and pathetic Thread Bank thought we were in the crypto currency business, which isn't even true. It was more a misunderstanding and not entirely unjustified, which I tried to explain. But try to explain things to pathetic bureaucrats. It's fine if you don't want to have anything to do with crypto, but please let me know ahead of time, especially if you are going to overreact like that. Overreacting like that has nothing to do with business in good faith and being literally scared of crypto is the reflection of a backward mindset and small mindedness. You may not have anything to do with crytpo, but make a small mistake or a little misunderstanding and they will close you down without mercy, as the other bad comments also stipulate. Avoid this company like the plague, the risk is just too high. It's good until it's absolutely horrible. Even big banks, it's mostly just bad, but never like this.
