GBI had an issue with a Server I… I had an issue with a Server I purchased. I worked with one of their Customer Support engineers (Kelsey S.) Kelsey was one of the best Customer Support Engineers ever to work with, very helpful, polite and a pleasure to work with. Kelsey helped resovle my issue in a timely manner! I would suggest using US OVH!

GBExcellent Sales Support Department: Sales Kelsey is extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. She knows the product line and aims to please the customer. Thank you. Overall, my experience with OVH (Bare Metal Servers) has been very positive. The hardware is reliable and fast and the support is responsive. DDoS protection is very good if you know how to tweak your firewall rules.
