Kelsey Rocks! Kelsey Segerson went above and beyond for us. We were looking at a couple specific dedicated servers for our Game hosting. however the cost was out of our budget for what we were able to spend. Kelsey was able to work with her team with acquiring us a dedicated server that actually is better performing than what we were looking at and at a lower price. much appreciated! OVHcloud has been a great host for us for the last 3 years across multiple different VPS and Dedicated boxes! Thanks again!

Server shut down, lost data, no response I've been a customer for years. Out of the blue OVH shut down my server and said no appeal was possible. No response to my support inquiries on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, by email or by chat. Account ID 0610-0008-33

I am having a good experience with OVH I was able to find not one, but two customer service representatives who helped me out of a jam and advised me accordingly. Big thanks to Adel Y and Bob Y! Cheers!

Kelsey Segerson is the best! Kelsey Segerson is the best! i asked for help on 3 twitter accounts (@ovh_support_en, @ovh_support_us, and @ovh_support_fr) and none were able to help me i created support tickets on kimsufi.com and us.ovhcloud.com and none were able to help me as well i contacted live chat and no help there, either. if you’re keeping count, that’s SIX customer support channels i went through and i was basically given the run-around. finally, on my SEVENTH attempt (lucky number seven?), i sent a ticket to the Sales department and thankfully the email landed on Kelsey Segerson’s lap. at first, she wasn’t able to help me either and i had given up. there was no way i was going to waste any more time on this. but two hours and at least 10 back and forth emails later, she emailed me back and said she spoke with her manager and now everything’s been taken care of! please, anything short of a promotion for Kelsey Segerson is an oversight of her exceptional dedication and kindness!

Excellent Sales Support Department: Sales Kelsey is extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. She knows the product line and aims to please the customer. Thank you. Overall, my experience with OVH (Bare Metal Servers) has been very positive. The hardware is reliable and fast and the support is responsive. DDoS protection is very good if you know how to tweak your firewall rules.
