More reviews across the board We've been using FeedbackFive for a year. Overall, we've seen increases in the number of reviews and ratings on all our items. Now, we've paired this service with Amazon's automated reviews requests and the results are much better. So, yes, asking for reviews is way better than not asking. The only issue I've had with this service was a technical issue that no one was able to solve - I was unable to insert a product image into the body of the review request email. My customers were not seeing the product image. But eComEngine tech support (various rotating cast members with little history of events) claimed everything was fine.

If only more companies had this level of customer support I've been using Ecomengine for more than 5 years now. Brilliant customer support. Highly recommended.

Excellent Smart Software by ecomengine || FEEDBACK FIVE I have been using Feedback Five software since a long time now and i can say it with guarantee that the software is the best for sending feedback mails to amazon buyers. It gives us many options to customize and create custom templates. The best part is it saves us lot of time and gives the direct link to product review and seller feedback to buyer. Rest the luck depends whether the customer open the mail or drop a review or not :P
