It took a little bit to get used to the system and to upload all the information but we had a technician assist and help us throughout the whole process and still now he is our referent. Learning the power of Property Matrix The product is starting to develop. The Support group has been great and we should have utilize them more in the first 2 months. The product is very customizable and they are willing to listen. As I learn more of how to use the system I see more and more benefit. Con - No training manual or how to briefs - Terms are different in both accounting and maintenance.
