Good customer support by Digital Ocean When I had problems using the product, I tried Digital Ocean's customer support. They responded quickly to my email and were very friendly and welcoming. With their help, I solved the problem quickly. All in all, I am very satisfied with this interactive experience

Lightning Fast Customer Support So far - apart from some of my colleagues have used their services and were happy, my most important experience is lightning fast customer support. When I approached them for a deleted account, I asked to be closed also on their side, the third-level support guy made the necessary checks and everything was fine.

The question was unusual and was misunderstood the first couple of times, so I had to re-ask differently to finally get the exact information I was looking for. But, this could have been my fault. I just assume I'm perfect. The important thing is there was a dialog, with really wonderfully quick responses, and so eventually I got the answer. Digital Ocean support cares. They want to resolve the issues without frustrating the customer. So they work hard at it, and this is what is so important to me!
