DKTerrible customer service I tried to set up an account to host an App I've developed for my company but in the sign-up process I get an error stating "unable to activate, please contact support" I created a ticket back in November, 6 months later I've still heard nothing back. I contact them again and finally get a reply, except the reply is "for reasons we cannot disclose we are unable to move forward with your request"??? I was looking for a hosting platform but when it's this difficult just to try it out I'll go somewhere else

GBSuperfast response to my question. Superfast response to my question. The question was unusual and was misunderstood the first couple of times, so I had to re-ask differently to finally get the exact information I was looking for. But, this could have been my fault. I just assume I'm perfect. The important thing is there was a dialog, with really wonderfully quick responses, and so eventually I got the answer. Digital Ocean support cares. They want to resolve the issues without frustrating the customer. So they work hard at it, and this is what is so important to me!
