Lightning Fast Customer Support So far - apart from some of my colleagues have used their services and were happy, my most important experience is lightning fast customer support. When I approached them for a deleted account, I asked to be closed also on their side, the third-level support guy made the necessary checks and everything was fine.

I thought my website would be down for days, but again, Whitney J. resolved my major problem with a relatively easy fix.
