The question was unusual and was misunderstood the first couple of times, so I had to re-ask differently to finally get the exact information I was looking for. But, this could have been my fault. I just assume I'm perfect. The important thing is there was a dialog, with really wonderfully quick responses, and so eventually I got the answer. Digital Ocean support cares. They want to resolve the issues without frustrating the customer. So they work hard at it, and this is what is so important to me!
