Good customer support by Digital Ocean When I had problems using the product, I tried Digital Ocean's customer support. They responded quickly to my email and were very friendly and welcoming. With their help, I solved the problem quickly. All in all, I am very satisfied with this interactive experience

Wow, above & beyond Wow, I had a serious problem with my website and Whitney J in tech support saved the day. She was incredibly reassuring to me (who is very bad with tech). I thought my website would be down for days, but again, Whitney J. resolved my major problem with a relatively easy fix. An easy fix for her, but I would not have been able to come up with it in a 1,000 years.

Today I have supplied the various authorities of the countries (Switzerland, America and the EU) with further evidence. Investigations are already underway at the European Commission against Digital Ocean...and I would not be surprised if this criminal hoster is fined millions in the next few months...and possibly its business premises searched! Incident: I report new criminal and illegal websites to Digital Ocean every day. At first they don't react at all, then after several reports they ask what is wrong with criminal websites!!!!then I send further evidence and am told that the website has been deleted.... but this was never the case!!!none...I repeat...none of the websites were deleted

I've been using digital ocean for years… I've been using digital ocean for years and I've not had a single day off disappointment. Recently I got in contact with the support team and they helped me to identify a misbehaving application, problem got solved in a very timely manner. Highly recommended cloud service

They took my money without refund. They took my money without giving me any value, and they didn't make a refund. I closed the account and started receiving scam mails which I never used to get before.
