They took my money without refund. They took my money without giving me any value, and they didn't make a refund. I closed the account and started receiving scam mails which I never used to get before.

D.O. support is as amazing as their prices! I asked a question that I thought was much to broad for "general" support that dealt entirely with the O/S setup. It was entirely about CSF and iptables, not droplet related at all. Their responses were insightful and timely. They asked me to clarify a few things. Then they told me exactly what I asked for, in detail. They also suggested a novice Linux administrator might find the Web Based GUI network firewall offering that runs outside the droplet a better approach. Not only is it perfect for my needs, it is FREE!
