GBI've been using digital ocean for years… I've been using digital ocean for years and I've not had a single day off disappointment. Recently I got in contact with the support team and they helped me to identify a misbehaving application, problem got solved in a very timely manner. Highly recommended cloud service

DKTerrible customer service I tried to set up an account to host an App I've developed for my company but in the sign-up process I get an error stating "unable to activate, please contact support" I created a ticket back in November, 6 months later I've still heard nothing back. I contact them again and finally get a reply, except the reply is "for reasons we cannot disclose we are unable to move forward with your request"??? I was looking for a hosting platform but when it's this difficult just to try it out I'll go somewhere else

GBWow, above & beyond Wow, I had a serious problem with my website and Whitney J in tech support saved the day. She was incredibly reassuring to me (who is very bad with tech). I thought my website would be down for days, but again, Whitney J. resolved my major problem with a relatively easy fix. An easy fix for her, but I would not have been able to come up with it in a 1,000 years.

BANo complaints I've been using DigitalOcean for years without any issues. Recently, when a problem did arise, their team responded swiftly and helpfully, which I greatly appreciated.
