Good customer support by Digital Ocean When I had problems using the product, I tried Digital Ocean's customer support. They responded quickly to my email and were very friendly and welcoming. With their help, I solved the problem quickly. All in all, I am very satisfied with this interactive experience

Terrible customer service I tried to set up an account to host an App I've developed for my company but in the sign-up process I get an error stating "unable to activate, please contact support" I created a ticket back in November, 6 months later I've still heard nothing back. I contact them again and finally get a reply, except the reply is "for reasons we cannot disclose we are unable to move forward with your request"??? I was looking for a hosting platform but when it's this difficult just to try it out I'll go somewhere else

Recently I got in contact with the support team and they helped me to identify a misbehaving application, problem got solved in a very timely manner. Highly recommended cloud service

This hoster has definitely become the… This hoster has definitely become the hoster of organized crime. Today I have supplied the various authorities of the countries (Switzerland, America and the EU) with further evidence. Investigations are already underway at the European Commission against Digital Ocean...and I would not be surprised if this criminal hoster is fined millions in the next few months...and possibly its business premises searched! Incident: I report new criminal and illegal websites to Digital Ocean every day. At first they don't react at all, then after several reports they ask what is wrong with criminal websites!!!!then I send further evidence and am told that the website has been deleted.... but this was never the case!!!none...I repeat...none of the websites were deleted
