D.O. support is as amazing as their prices! I asked a question that I thought was much to broad for "general" support that dealt entirely with the O/S setup. It was entirely about CSF and iptables, not droplet related at all. Their responses were insightful and timely. They asked me to clarify a few things. Then they told me exactly what I asked for, in detail. They also suggested a novice Linux administrator might find the Web Based GUI network firewall offering that runs outside the droplet a better approach. Not only is it perfect for my needs, it is FREE!

The question was unusual and was misunderstood the first couple of times, so I had to re-ask differently to finally get the exact information I was looking for. But, this could have been my fault.
