Lightning Fast Customer Support So far - apart from some of my colleagues have used their services and were happy, my most important experience is lightning fast customer support. When I approached them for a deleted account, I asked to be closed also on their side, the third-level support guy made the necessary checks and everything was fine.

Terrible customer service I tried to set up an account to host an App I've developed for my company but in the sign-up process I get an error stating "unable to activate, please contact support" I created a ticket back in November, 6 months later I've still heard nothing back. I contact them again and finally get a reply, except the reply is "for reasons we cannot disclose we are unable to move forward with your request"??? I was looking for a hosting platform but when it's this difficult just to try it out I'll go somewhere else
