BANo complaints I've been using DigitalOcean for years without any issues. Recently, when a problem did arise, their team responded swiftly and helpfully, which I greatly appreciated.

DKTerrible customer service I tried to set up an account to host an App I've developed for my company but in the sign-up process I get an error stating "unable to activate, please contact support" I created a ticket back in November, 6 months later I've still heard nothing back. I contact them again and finally get a reply, except the reply is "for reasons we cannot disclose we are unable to move forward with your request"??? I was looking for a hosting platform but when it's this difficult just to try it out I'll go somewhere else

CAThey took my money without refund. They took my money without giving me any value, and they didn't make a refund. I closed the account and started receiving scam mails which I never used to get before.

GBWow, above & beyond Wow, I had a serious problem with my website and Whitney J in tech support saved the day. She was incredibly reassuring to me (who is very bad with tech). I thought my website would be down for days, but again, Whitney J. resolved my major problem with a relatively easy fix. An easy fix for her, but I would not have been able to come up with it in a 1,000 years.

GBThe Perfect Solution for WordPress Web Hosting My WordPress websites running with Digital Ocean are faster than any other hosting system. The dashboard is easy to navigate and use. I like the fact that there are many different options for the "droplets" configuration. And Tech Support responds quickly with excellent replies.
