When my account ran into trouble, they provided me with multiple solutions and asked me which one I wanted to go with, then made the changes to my account for me. Really loving Bonsai for my consulting practice… Really loving Bonsai for my grantwriting consulting practice! I'm surprised to find a platform that does proposals, contracts, time tracking, invoicing, client data collection and project/task management all in one place. It's been saving me valuable time on the admin side of my business. Especially loving the user-friendly proposal acceptance / contract signature features, and the automation capabilities, which have enabled me to send invoices, payment reminders, and forms automatically instead of manually. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is the process for importing data from my prior time-tracking program hasn't been the easiest. But other than that, the Bonsai platform is fantastic for a freelancer or consultant.

Great platform Hello Bonsai is a great platform for freelancers. I especially like the contracts and invoices features. This tool is very helpful for anyone who needs to follow up with clients, send them professional looking email reminders, sign legal binding contracts without hassle and process payments. I had a little issue with my receiving my payments, but customer service chat answers within 24 hours and were very helpful to resolve this.
