Excellent customer service Bonsai has excellent customer service. I am a solopreneur managing many different types of projects through the platform. When my account ran into trouble, they provided me with multiple solutions and asked me which one I wanted to go with, then made the changes to my account for me. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

I use time tracking and invoicing all the time and love how it works. I'm someone who regularly seeks out new software and I've NEVER thought about replacing Bonsai. The new updates make the experience even cleaner and more delightful to use. Theres also functionality ready and waiting for me if I decide to expand my freelance practice. Overall, I LOVE Bonsai!

Hello bonsai is a scam Hi, the bonsai bank is nothing but fraud, they are scammers pretending to be a bank. Do not open an account with them, do not deposite your money into the account nor use it for your business. As soon as you start putting money into the account out of no where they will close your account. You will not be able to access your money or account. They will not give you access to your own money. They will literally steal your money right from underneath you. As I write today. I'm still fighting them to rewire back to me money that I rewired from my personal account from another bank into my bonsai account. I'm so happy I didn't give the bonsai account to my customers. I would have lost way more money than what I'm fighting for now. The most annoying thing is they cancel your subscription but yet they still charge you for the monthly fees even though they say your account is closed and that they can no longer work with you. Please please please do not invest with bonsai.

Great platform Hello Bonsai is a great platform for freelancers. I especially like the contracts and invoices features. This tool is very helpful for anyone who needs to follow up with clients, send them professional looking email reminders, sign legal binding contracts without hassle and process payments. I had a little issue with my receiving my payments, but customer service chat answers within 24 hours and were very helpful to resolve this.
