Great platform Hello Bonsai is a great platform for freelancers. I especially like the contracts and invoices features. This tool is very helpful for anyone who needs to follow up with clients, send them professional looking email reminders, sign legal binding contracts without hassle and process payments. I had a little issue with my receiving my payments, but customer service chat answers within 24 hours and were very helpful to resolve this.

So grateful I came across Bonsai It's been a gamechanger for my business, streamlining my client process, making it easy to track invoices and easy for clients to pay me, easy to get "paperwork" out of the way...an indispensable tool all around. I tell other freelancers about it whenever client management comes up. Oh, and clients enjoy using, too. It makes everything easy for them, too, and seems to leave a favorable impression of me. So if you want to smooth wrinkles out of your biz, and look good doing it, yeah, I'd say start using Bonsai.

Bonsai is Irreplaceable! Bonsai has been my invoicing, contract-signing & time-tracking platform for a very long time (about 3+ years) and has been such a huge time saver. A lot of CRM platforms are complicated and have too many distracting bells and whistles. Bonsai is so straightforward to use, easy to maintain, and just overall a breeze. I can't think of anything better!

Bonsai / Hello Bonsai is Terrible Bonsai / Hello Bonsai is absolutely terrible. They charge ridiculous transaction fees and then hold your money up for weeks after the payment has been made. Absolutely infuriating, they have massively screwed up my business. I wish I had known this before signing up with them. I canceled my account with them as soon as I learned about their predatory practices. Literally, any other service would be better than Bonsai. In addition, Bonsai support is practically non-existent. I have never paid so much for a service and not been able to get an actual person on the phone to try to resolve even the most basic issues.

Excellent service and food Excellent service and food, loved the prawns starters and the lamb chops mains especially. Food comes relatively quick. V nice vibe and enjoyed our evening, special shout out to Awais, our waiter!
