Hello bonsai is a scam Hi, the bonsai bank is nothing but fraud, they are scammers pretending to be a bank. Do not open an account with them, do not deposite your money into the account nor use it for your business. As soon as you start putting money into the account out of no where they will close your account. You will not be able to access your money or account. They will not give you access to your own money. They will literally steal your money right from underneath you. As I write today. I'm still fighting them to rewire back to me money that I rewired from my personal account from another bank into my bonsai account. I'm so happy I didn't give the bonsai account to my customers. I would have lost way more money than what I'm fighting for now. The most annoying thing is they cancel your subscription but yet they still charge you for the monthly fees even though they say your account is closed and that they can no longer work with you. Please please please do not invest with bonsai.

Great platform Hello Bonsai is a great platform for freelancers. I especially like the contracts and invoices features. This tool is very helpful for anyone who needs to follow up with clients, send them professional looking email reminders, sign legal binding contracts without hassle and process payments. I had a little issue with my receiving my payments, but customer service chat answers within 24 hours and were very helpful to resolve this.

Bonsai / Hello Bonsai is Terrible Bonsai / Hello Bonsai is absolutely terrible. They charge ridiculous transaction fees and then hold your money up for weeks after the payment has been made. Absolutely infuriating, they have massively screwed up my business. I wish I had known this before signing up with them. I canceled my account with them as soon as I learned about their predatory practices. Literally, any other service would be better than Bonsai. In addition, Bonsai support is practically non-existent. I have never paid so much for a service and not been able to get an actual person on the phone to try to resolve even the most basic issues.

Simply the best payment platform for freelancers Bonsai is so easy to use and helps me keep my business looking professional. It makes it so easy for my clients to sign contracts and pay invoices, and gives me good records of everything. And if that wasn't enough, their customer support team is awesome! They're responsive and listen to what their users need, they're quick to reply if you have an issue, and so patient and helpful. Wouldn't use any other payment platform!

So grateful I came across Bonsai It's been a gamechanger for my business, streamlining my client process, making it easy to track invoices and easy for clients to pay me, easy to get "paperwork" out of the way...an indispensable tool all around. I tell other freelancers about it whenever client management comes up. Oh, and clients enjoy using, too. It makes everything easy for them, too, and seems to leave a favorable impression of me. So if you want to smooth wrinkles out of your biz, and look good doing it, yeah, I'd say start using Bonsai.
