Really loving Bonsai for my consulting practice… Really loving Bonsai for my grantwriting consulting practice! I'm surprised to find a platform that does proposals, contracts, time tracking, invoicing, client data collection and project/task management all in one place. It's been saving me valuable time on the admin side of my business. Especially loving the user-friendly proposal acceptance / contract signature features, and the automation capabilities, which have enabled me to send invoices, payment reminders, and forms automatically instead of manually. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is the process for importing data from my prior time-tracking program hasn't been the easiest. But other than that, the Bonsai platform is fantastic for a freelancer or consultant.

It has time tracking, invoicing and proposal templates, integrated payments, banking, and even has white-label client portal support. A lot of value for a low monthly or annual subscription. Support has been incredibly helpful with getting me unblocked when I've run into issues, and have even taken my feedback and added it to a feature request board where I can track progress. Overall great team and very helpful product.
