Payroll Relief - I give them an F for requiring pre-funding! We've used Payroll Relief for two years, and while it's very expensive and not at all user friendly (with slow support responses), we were reasonably satisfied until last month. We had already paid the renewal fees (did I mention expensive?), when a week later they announced that they were going to REQUIRE all companies move to pre-funding their taxes (withdrawing and holding the taxes the company will owe, sometimes for months at the time the payroll is done). Our clients do NOT want to do pre-funding. We left another large payroll company years ago because they were going to require pre-funding. I called and spoke with customer service, asking for an exception to this and they refused. We will lose all of our clients if we REQUIRE them to pre-fund, so now we have to find another payroll solution. I also asked for a refund and have not heard anything back. This is nothing more than a bait-and-switch tactic, waiting until they have our money and then announcing a change that we have not choice to decline. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

It very helpfull for my office I have used it since 2009-2010, and I have seen how it has developed, for my experience to be excellent this are the following items that I would Like to see: 1.Be able to have bank feeds for "Banco Popular de Puerto Rico", it's the biggest bank in PR and it's not available for direct download of data. 2.Greater sharing power between Acct. Power and Practice Relief, being able to have only one aging of accounts receivable, sales tax on the Practice relief side, and automatic transfer of clients between both modules. 3. Contractors capability of withholding on payroll relief and accounting power. 4. Specific reports based on task, so we can use it for internal analysis.

Carol was extremely professional and… Carol was extremely professional and more importantly personable. She took the time to listen to my situation and provided excellent advice. I also loved that she provided me her direct line so I can call and actually speak with her. It has become more difficult to speak with a real person at many companies. I appreciate that Payroll Relief has kept those lines of communication open.
