CAWorst company ever!! Worst company ever!!! I almost consider them a scam. I placed an order online and despite several attempts to reach out to them they sent the same BS emails... it didn't ship til almost a month later. But that wasn't the end of it..was held up lost for weeks. Funny I originally received DHL tracking #. I called them this time & now apparently switched to Canada Post. I finally received it with an additional $50 in customs fees. I asked for a refund a few times throughout this ordeal and always denied. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Seriously Moxielash thats the response you give me back?! the extra duties were a small part of it. How about you comment on all the other things you screwed up on & the rotten customer service i received!! And telling me to waste my time contacting customs and your customer service dept further?? maybe you should take a screen shot and present to the owner of the business.

GBDefective Liner and Poor Customer Service I purchased the magnetic eyelashes in December. This was my 2nd purchase. I noticed that the lash liner was thicker than the previous tube and a little clumpy. I also noticed that the lashes weren’t completely sealed. That was due to the clumpy liner. I contacted Moxie Lash 6-8 weeks after purchase and explained the problem. I requested a replacement liner. I was told: To shake the bottle It was after 30 days of purchase so a replacement could not be offered. This is a prime example of poor customer service and a company not willing to accept responsibility for its defective product. This was my last purchase!

GBMy experience with lashes didn’t work My experience with lashes didn’t work. I believe I have several rows of lashes making it difficult to manage. Moxie lash refunded my money without hesitation. I really did want them to work!!!
