GBI love my Nanogrip lashies I love my Nanogrip lashies! Lots of choices and easy to use. Simple directions to follow. I had to email customer service to exchange a pair of lashes. It was a great experience! Quick response and exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service!

GBwhen I received my lashes when I received my lashes, the liner was dried up. I started a chat on their website and got a response within minutes and I am being sent a new full-sized liner (instead of the sample size originally sent). Great customer service so far!!!

GBDefective Liner and Poor Customer Service I purchased the magnetic eyelashes in December. This was my 2nd purchase. I noticed that the lash liner was thicker than the previous tube and a little clumpy. I also noticed that the lashes weren’t completely sealed. That was due to the clumpy liner. I contacted Moxie Lash 6-8 weeks after purchase and explained the problem. I requested a replacement liner. I was told: To shake the bottle It was after 30 days of purchase so a replacement could not be offered. This is a prime example of poor customer service and a company not willing to accept responsibility for its defective product. This was my last purchase!

GBGreat customer service Great customer service! The nano liner I received with my lashes wasn't great and clumpy making it hard for application. Upon leaving a review to reflect this Luzille from moxie immediately reached out and we got an email chain started. She was quick in sending a replacement liner so I could give nano liner a second chance. I am impressed with this level of customer service.
