I have never been able to use the item… I have never been able to use the item I purchased! Let me repeat, it has never been used so you should be able to exchange it for another one because it never turned on. As a small business you should be doing everything you can to make your customers happy. You should back up everything you sell. I will do everything in my power to let everyone know how you conduct business.

Safe at Home IPL Facial!! I am new to the IPL facial device so I'm excited to see my results in a few months. I haven't found any other product like this that works for fading dark spots and killing acne. I really like the packaging and still keep the IPL in the box it came with. The facial oil is very soothing. I find i only need 2 drops as it's a bit heavy but very moisturizing.
