USManual and video are useless I am writing a second time because yes, your device contains instructions for how to turn the device on and off, settings, etc., but nothing that precisely states how to get results and your video is no better. What is needed: (Examples made up by me) For brown spots on leg, use device on leg setting on automatic and place on spot as desired intensity 5 times in succession every other day for a week. Similar, specific and complete directions are needed for hair removal, etc.

USI have never been able to use the item… I have never been able to use the item I purchased! Let me repeat, it has never been used so you should be able to exchange it for another one because it never turned on. As a small business you should be doing everything you can to make your customers happy. You should back up everything you sell. I will do everything in my power to let everyone know how you conduct business.
