GBThis was ridiculous, but it got better. The automated process is ridiculous! It is a long & tedious process. At the end it wants a selfie video. It doesn't work. It either says "TOO CLOSE" or if I move one millimeter it says TOO FAR. So that was a wasted hour..... HOWEVER, the AGENT ASSISTED method worked great. All set in no time. So I'm going with one star for the automated system and 5 stars for the Agent. Net three stars. If only they didn't waste that first hour.

GBEmails don't match Department of labor says my email address doesn't match.. so they have flaged me. I don't know how to fix this issue I need my unemployment benefits HELP! Department of Labor just told me I have to wait for a call from id me, before they can take the flag off my account π omg...UPDATE ID. Me did try to help me. But the problem has not been resolved!! I'm frustrated I can't pay my bills. Because I can't remember a email from 10 years ago.this had been a nightmare π I'm verified but I'm not verified... UPDATE still being ignored with no response from DOL. I'm going to be homeless because no one will help me with this issue!! This shouldn't be allowed from a big business! Last update OMG, issue finally solved!! Thanks trust pilot for giving me a place to find help...
