I gave up on the automatic (AI?) system… I gave up on the automatic (AI?) system after several attempts and used the virtual call system. That works. I had not been told until after several attempts that you must not scan with the 1200 dpi setting because the file size is too large. 600 dpi works fine. I had to wait 30 minutes to get it. Not great. But if you try to call the IRS you will wait for hours. Don't bother.

Emails don't match Department of labor says my email address doesn't match.. so they have flaged me. I don't know how to fix this issue I need my unemployment benefits HELP! Department of Labor just told me I have to wait for a call from id me, before they can take the flag off my account 😑 omg...UPDATE ID. Me did try to help me. But the problem has not been resolved!! I'm frustrated I can't pay my bills. Because I can't remember a email from 10 years ago.this had been a nightmare 😔 I'm verified but I'm not verified... UPDATE still being ignored with no response from DOL. I'm going to be homeless because no one will help me with this issue!! This shouldn't be allowed from a big business! Last update OMG, issue finally solved!! Thanks trust pilot for giving me a place to find help...
