As a result of issues arising from their St Louis migration, we were having major difficulties and trouble reaching tech support. However, Justin wasted my time, and left my sit down for almost 24 hours, and completely stopped answering all of my messages. Shane is wonderful, however hostek has caused a few issues with my site recently causing it to crash.

Problem with loss of email and website… Problem with loss of email and website quickly resolved. Cause was misconfigured email client settings. Vladimir provided recommended settings and after locating the offending client all is now well.
