Shane did a great job… Shane did a great job getting the site back up a and running quickly once the AI tech support switched me over. I only gave 4 stars because the reason the site went down was because an error caused by Hostek with the binding during their infrastructure updates. As a whole Hostek is coming back around to the great service I used to know before they were bought out a few years back. I almost wrote the them off, but if service continues to be responsive like it was last night, I think I can keep all my sites right were they are.

Going the extra mile We have been pleased with Hostek for 8 years, and their customer support and service have always been consistently helpful. We recently made significant changes to our account, and Terri went above and beyond to create and execute a plan that best served our team as well as her team. A true win-win!

The entire team are highly qualified to figure out just about anything. Caleb, Christopher, Chad, Hunter, Christian, Charles, Aaron and many other are there 24/7 to fix your issues and handle your requests, even the tricky ones.
