USChad deserves a big raise I've been working with Chad for a few weeks and he has been absolutely wonderful. He helped me resolve emails issues caused by the new authentication requirements. Our work encompassed 5 different sites and he has been extremely patient, professional, and personable throughout the process. Please give Chad a big raise. He certainly deserves it.

USHostek has improved their support… Hostek has improved their support service significantly over the past several months. They now have a chat feature that allows for easy answers but transfers to a human if necessary. I have a basic subscription and am satisfied with the support I am now receiving. They have been responsive to my needs and I will say support has improved significantly over the past several months.

I have use this company for years and have always had great customer support, they are A+

USVlad is a superstar on the Hostek… Vlad is a superstar on the Hostek support team! As a result of issues arising from their St Louis migration, we were having major difficulties and trouble reaching tech support. Eventually we were lucky enough to come in contact with Vlad who took the time to learn about our issues, recommend solutions and then the most important part - following through on helping us over the rough patch. USShane did a wonderful job Shane did a wonderful job. Once he was involved, my issue was resolved almost immediately. However, Justin wasted my time, and left my sit down for almost 24 hours, and completely stopped answering all of my messages. Shane is wonderful, however hostek has caused a few issues with my site recently causing it to crash.
