My order was never shipped My order was never shipped. I placed my order and 4/2/24 and quickly received an email stating my item was being shipped. Since then the USPS status has been that they are waiting on the package to arrive for shipment. USPS never received the package from them. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. Browsing this site it is clear they have done this to many, many people. It seems more and more likely that this is just a scam. I will be contacting the FTC and Florida Attorney General's office if they do not respond and resolve my issue.

When you select two brands, it displays "There are no products matching the selection." Second, the shopping cart and promo codes. If you select a product that is 35% off and a product that you have a 20% promo code for, you end up with the same 20% discount to all the items in your cart. 2 - customer service. I have written about these problems twice. I was answered 1 time, saying that I mixed up the discount. There was a silence on my reply message. 3 - labels for 2-3 ml. Huge inconvenient label that makes you can't see the balance. It leaves a stickiness when removed

What they don’t tell you is about the ratings & point building system.. you can rate 10 fragrances you just purchased, but will only get credit for only 1 rating done at a time per month.
