GBThis company was used by a separate… This company was used by a separate party to "review" my credit for $1. Never mentioned the recurring $20 payment they simply take from your bank account each month afterwards. I will never understand how people are comfortable doing this type of thing. Con-artist.

GBFraud Restoration team I signed up for Identity IQ at the end of May and began working with Mark Jackson on an identity theft restoration plan. As I stated in my last review, we were able to get 2 fraudulent accounts removed from my credit report almost instantly. To start the month of June, we are already on a roll getting another fraudulent account removed using the CFPB in just 4 days! The effort by Mark and the identity iq team is unmatched!

GBJoesph was really nice and… Joesph was really nice and knowledgeable. Let’s not forget to mention how patient and soothing his voice is during the call. He takes his time to explain the identity information. If I had thought about it during the call I should’ve requested a supervisor for a KUDOS call. GBAccolades for Identity IQ I have nothing but accolades for Identity IQ (well one minor issue which I will explain). Mark Jackson was outstanding at a time when I needed his and Identity IQs' support. Communication and follow-up was expedient and effective. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. And friendly as well. I am a critic of customer service in our country at the moment. But Identity IQ (and Mark in particular) are a true exception to my general opinion of customer service. Well done! My one minor issue was the wait time I experienced several times as I tried several times to call. But email worked just fine!
