GBAccolades for Identity IQ I have nothing but accolades for Identity IQ (well one minor issue which I will explain). Mark Jackson was outstanding at a time when I needed his and Identity IQs' support. Communication and follow-up was expedient and effective. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. And friendly as well. I am a critic of customer service in our country at the moment. But Identity IQ (and Mark in particular) are a true exception to my general opinion of customer service. Well done! My one minor issue was the wait time I experienced several times as I tried several times to call. But email worked just fine!

GBMr Mark J is an asset to your company Mr. Mark did not patronize me. Nor did he make assumptions based on my age about my tech skills. Thus making the installation of the software a pleasant experience. He is respectful, professional and clearly able to navigate complex tech issues such as when my download moved me to a page that we did not anticipate viewing. I easily installed the software on several devices with his guidance and assurance. The take away for me is that you have a person working for you with excellent communication skills and expertise - and I hope you place value on that because that matters to people who buy your product.

GBUnbelievable! I called Equifax to check on a dispute and the rep asked for my credit card number so she could charge a one time $1 fee to verify that it was me. Then she provided no information to me and the next thing I knew there was a $1 Charge by Identity IQ on my credit card statement. Weeks later I now find that there is a $19.99 charge for a month and an accompanying email. I did not authorize anyone to sign me for up for a $19.99 per month fee with this company! This is nothing but a scam. I will be calling on Monday morning and that charge better be removed and promptly. This is BS big time. I find it ironic that a company with this name would pull such shenanigans in the times we live in. It is just plain disgraceful.
