Fraud Restoration team I signed up for Identity IQ at the end of May and began working with Mark Jackson on an identity theft restoration plan. As I stated in my last review, we were able to get 2 fraudulent accounts removed from my credit report almost instantly. To start the month of June, we are already on a roll getting another fraudulent account removed using the CFPB in just 4 days! The effort by Mark and the identity iq team is unmatched!

Unbelievable! I called Equifax to check on a dispute and the rep asked for my credit card number so she could charge a one time $1 fee to verify that it was me. Then she provided no information to me and the next thing I knew there was a $1 Charge by Identity IQ on my credit card statement. Weeks later I now find that there is a $19.99 charge for a month and an accompanying email. I did not authorize anyone to sign me for up for a $19.99 per month fee with this company! This is nothing but a scam. I will be calling on Monday morning and that charge better be removed and promptly. This is BS big time. I find it ironic that a company with this name would pull such shenanigans in the times we live in. It is just plain disgraceful.

Kimberly Schubring has such a pleasant voice to ease your mind Kimberly Schubring was so helpful that she walks me through the whole process to take of being a victim of the identity theft. She makes sure that she gives me assignments let’s say so I can basically understand the process and the steps to make sure I do it correctly. It is truly tough and frustrating when a theft just stole your identity and ruined what you work very hard on, especially after filing a BK.
