I have been a member for well over 6 months now and getting a daily update on any credit score changes on all 3 credit agencies as well as real time alerts when a suspicious activity is noticed is an awesome benefit. I learned today that I needed to click on the update tab to get the latest data about my account balances with my creditors. I guess with so much information I didn't even see that option. Thus making the installation of the software a pleasant experience. He is respectful, professional and clearly able to navigate complex tech issues such as when my download moved me to a page that we did not anticipate viewing.
