GBI LOVE IT ❤️❤️ When I started to use bubble I was not sure if I was a good product. But now bubble is just a huge part of my skin care routine. If your kid wants to start doing skin care, this brand is perfect for them. Just make sure to read the gradient.

CAI had ordered an item to be shipped to… I had ordered an item to be shipped to a different address. The item wasn't picked up and was returned. Bubble re-sent the item and sent me a new notification that it had shipped. I contacted them to see if it would be possible to have the item sent to my address. They explained that it had already shipped; however, I was told that if the item was returned, they would definitely send it back out to my address. They went above and beyond by resetting the address I had previously provided back to my address and, instead of waiting for the original item to be returned, went ahead and sent the new item to my address. I then spoke to the person who was to receive it to let her know what had transpired and she showed me that she had received the item. I then contacted customer care again to explain what happened and offered to pay for the second item; however, they graciously said that I could enjoy the second one for free. Such incredible customer service and will definitely order from them again! 😀

GBWill never use this company My 7 year old daughter was playing a game on my cell phone at a family event. She saw an item she liked and placed it in a cart and purchased it with an extra $35 for overnight shipping. As soon as it happened we jumped online looking for a number to call or way to cancel the order. Only thing you could do was submit an email or text. We sent at least 4 messages that day with no reply at all. Fast forward 4 days later and the product shows up at my house. Still no response from anyone. So paying $35 for "overnight" shipping 4 days later was the icing on the cake. Awful business!
