my daughter loves this line, BUT my daughter loves this line, but... shipping can randomly take forever, and their website is a DISASTER. At one point you could log on with the shop app, but don't make that mistake because the ability to do it again is very random. The link to manage your subscription that was sent to my email was broken, and when I logged into the website to try and make a change to our subscription, it locked up the browser. I tried it on phone and laptop. WHAT A MESS. Great products for young skin, though.

My daughter seen this product on TikTok… My daughter seen this product on TikTok and wanted to try it. I found it in the stores and purchased she started using it and three days later I noticed her skin began to flake. I immediately told her to stop using it, now she has patches. I hope this helps some parent out there that child sees this product on TikTok. Buyers beware!!

Will never use this company My 7 year old daughter was playing a game on my cell phone at a family event. She saw an item she liked and placed it in a cart and purchased it with an extra $35 for overnight shipping. As soon as it happened we jumped online looking for a number to call or way to cancel the order. Only thing you could do was submit an email or text. We sent at least 4 messages that day with no reply at all. Fast forward 4 days later and the product shows up at my house. Still no response from anyone. So paying $35 for "overnight" shipping 4 days later was the icing on the cake. Awful business!
