CAI had ordered an item to be shipped to… I had ordered an item to be shipped to a different address. The item wasn't picked up and was returned. Bubble re-sent the item and sent me a new notification that it had shipped. I contacted them to see if it would be possible to have the item sent to my address. They explained that it had already shipped; however, I was told that if the item was returned, they would definitely send it back out to my address. They went above and beyond by resetting the address I had previously provided back to my address and, instead of waiting for the original item to be returned, went ahead and sent the new item to my address. I then spoke to the person who was to receive it to let her know what had transpired and she showed me that she had received the item. I then contacted customer care again to explain what happened and offered to pay for the second item; however, they graciously said that I could enjoy the second one for free. Such incredible customer service and will definitely order from them again! 😀

CAPossibly Suppressing Negative Reviews I wrote a long, thoughtful review on how I had a bad experience with one of their products, hoping to save someone else the grief of ruining their skin. After submitting the review, I had to verify it via e-mail, but it never appeared on their website. I'm concerned that they may not be publishing any negative reviews.

GBUSE THIS- you’ll be glad I use Bubble in the yellow and blue pump on my bum. Seriously- I have keratosis pilaris on my upper thighs and bum. This has made my skin silky smooth 💛💙

GBmy daughter loves this line, BUT my daughter loves this line, but... shipping can randomly take forever, and their website is a DISASTER. At one point you could log on with the shop app, but don't make that mistake because the ability to do it again is very random. The link to manage your subscription that was sent to my email was broken, and when I logged into the website to try and make a change to our subscription, it locked up the browser. I tried it on phone and laptop. WHAT A MESS. Great products for young skin, though.
