GBWhat went wrong product What went wrong: I received the incorrect order I ordered two detanglers and two bottles of moisturizers: I received the two bottles of detanglers,one bottle of moisturizer, and one bottle of hair conditioner ( I did not order conditioner). The delivery took a very long time I did receive messages letting me know there was a probable at the port. I won’t be in ordering again takes to long to receive your order. I would love to receive my corrected offer. Unhappy expectations. Please send a link so that I can include pictures of the products I received. There definitely was a mistake with my order.

When I ordered, I was very impressed with the notifications on my order and it came sooner then expected. Loved the product and so do my clients!

GBGreat customer service My product was stalled at the Miami port and then flagged as "damaged". BKeratin immediately processed a new order and re-shipped a new product at no new cost. They were considerate and helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!

GBGreat products...slight confusion in shipping When the package arrived, everything was carefully wrapped. I love the products! I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because there was a delay in shipping, and my first inquiry (email) went unanswered.But when I finally phoned customer service, I had an immediate response and the package was expedited. I also received a couple of very nice small samples as an apology. I will definitely order again.
