Best service EVER! s2 I highly recommend BKeratin. I made a purchase on May 5th, 2020 and it arrived yesterday (May 12th). The box was perfect and so the product. I have to say I got really impressed by their commitment and how organized they are (I got the tracking number only 1 day after the purchase). Great products...slight confusion in shipping When the package arrived, everything was carefully wrapped. I love the products! I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because there was a delay in shipping, and my first inquiry (email) went unanswered.But when I finally phoned customer service, I had an immediate response and the package was expedited. I also received a couple of very nice small samples as an apology. I will definitely order again.
